Wineke Law Office

Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Annamarie Wineke is a practicing attorney with an office in downtown Watertown, Wisconsin. Wineke Law Office is a general practice focusing on all phases of estate planning, wills and trusts, elder law, probate, family law, criminal law, and bankruptcy. Anna, along with her husband, Michael Wineke, and children, are residents of Watertown, Wisconsin.

Anna Wineke graduated from Marquette Law School and was a "Zilber Scholar." Anna earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She also has a post graduate degree, (Omicron Delta Epsilon), in Economics from Kean College of New Jersey, and has both a Master's degree and PhD from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. Anna is a veteran of the U.S. Army, and is a graduate from the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California.

Attorney Wineke is licensed to practice law before all courts in Wisconsin, and has been admitted to practice law before both the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the Western District of Wisconsin. She is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar Association, currently serving on the "Bench and Bar Committee," which studies the organization, operation, and general administration of Wisconsin Courts including practice and procedure issues. Anna is a member of the real property, probate, and trust section of the Wisconsin State Bar and a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Locally, she is a member of the Kiwanis Organization and the Watertown Newcomer's Club.
